Plot line :  


Film starts off with murali sharma swapping his new born son with a baby born (Bantu - Allu Arjun) to a wealthy family (Jayaram & Tabu). Rest of the film revolves around how Bantu (Allu Arjun) learns about his birth secret and reunites with his birth parents and how he deals with all the consequences. 



Performances : 



Allu Arjun carries the film on his shoulders. He commended all proceedings with his style, dances and attitude. Pooja hegde looks gorgeous and did her job well. Tabu, Murali sharma and Jayaram proved to be perfect fit for their roles. Samuthirakani and Govind were decent in negative roles. 


Technical Aspects:


Music director of the film S.S. Thaman deserves a standing ovation for the tremendous job he done with the music and Background score. Needless to say all songs in the album were chart busters and the main reason for the hype the movie got. Whatever the scene was he gave perfect background score which impacted all of them in a great way. Cinematography by P.S. Vinod was colorful, classy and stylish.

Bottom Line:



Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo has a decent first half with good comedy and extraordinary music and emotional interval. Things really start to unfold in 2nd half and ends with good climax. Film is a wholesome product with comedy, emotions, dialogues and amazing music. This is surely a perfect family entertainer for this sankranthi.
